Snel, correct, mooie kwaliteit!

De prachtige stof (tekening, kleuren en kwaliteit) werd snel en correct geleverd! De waist beads zijn ook mooi (en kwalitatief). Zeer tevreden met mijn aankoop!

C'est la deuxième fois que je commande chez African Fabs. Le service client est très réactif, c'est un vrai + !

Concernant les baya, je n'ai rencontré aucun problème sur ceux que j'ai commandé la première fois. J'avais commandé en décembre, et parmi les 5 baya que j'ai acheté, seulement 1 s'est cassé en juin, je trouve ça assez raisonnable car je les quittais jamais !

Par contre, pour ma deuxième commande, au bout d'une semaine, un des baya que j'ai commandé s'est cassé (celui en photo, le noir et doré OSAWE).
Je pense qu'il y avait un défaut au niveau du fil. Je l'ai donc reconstruit, et j'ai doublé tous les autres avec du fil transparent élastique.

Je me ferai un plaisir de vous proposer une solution pour celui qui s'est cassé si rapidement. Tous les baya sont fabriqués et noués à la main, ce qui fait que ce genre de problème ne peut jamais être évité. Mais nous sommes heureux de pouvoir résoudre ce problème pour vous.

Die Ketten sind liebevoll erstellt und lassen sich gut tragen. Eine habe ich im Nachhinein selber gekürzt, was absolut kein Problem war. Ich trage sie fast jeden Tag, auch zum Schwimmen und Sport.
