Return of items
- Most products have a 14-day return policy. This is the period that you can view the product, or try it on briefly (not wear it!). These products are then returnable within 14 days after delivery.
- Different return conditions apply to the following products:
- Mouth masks, Sponges, Face masks & Earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations, we cannot take any exceptions.
- The return of fabrics is possible if they still have their original length of 6 yards (5.48M) and original stickers. Custom cut fabrics (e.g. 1 yard, 2 yards or 3 yards in length) cannot be returned because they have been cut especially for your order. If the product you received contains extraordinary printing or material errors, please contact us within 7 days. We will take care of a suitable solution or exchange with a new product.
- Clothing that are printed on-demand, such as Hoodies and T-shirts, are printed specifically on order for you from our supplier, and shipped to you directly from the supplier. These printed clothes cannot be returned. (This will also be mentioned in the specific Product description page) So please check your size carefully in the size chart in advance.
- Policy regarding discounts for "Combine & Save" products. If you buy multiple items with a special bundle discount from our "Combine & Save" section and decide to return only some of them, we'll adjust the discount based on what you keep. For instance, if you bought 3 bonnets with a 40% discount on the third one, and you return 2 of them, we'll recalculate your order's price using the initial product price. By returning some "Combine & Save" items, you agree to this policy.
- Always contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, only orders received within the last 14 days are within the return period. Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition. Products that have been washed, damaged, worn, cut or have labels removed cannot be returned.
- The customer pays the shipping costs of returning the products. Package the products well and preferably use a shipping method with track & trace. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipment. AfricanFabs can not be held responsible for missing returns. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Please note that if you are returning orders from outside the EU, that all custom duties need to be paid by the customer before we can accept your return package. Any custom charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please use the return form at the bottom of this page so that we receive all the necessary details of your return request immediately. After we have approved your return request we will email you the return instructions. Your products must be received by us within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.
- Refund term: After we receive and approve the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the payment method you used during the original order.
